|Here is our extended family...
Lucy, Codee, and our newest addition Dixie.
I'm sure you'll see all three of them out and
about this season. They're always anxious
to meet and greet all our visitors!
Why Camp Copperhead?
If you're looking for pastures dotted with old wood and wire
fences, and wholesome, down home, extremely friendly people,
this is the place.
If you're looking for a rural, family-friendly campground not too
far off the beaten path but far enough to provide a relaxing
atmosphere to slow down life's pace for a time,
this is the place.
If you're idea of camping ranges from setting your lounge chair in
the middle of a rambling creek and plopping down with a good
book, to exploring in the woods, on shaded trails criss crossing
over mountainsides, this is the place.
When my sister Vicki and I first visited the campground we fell in
love with the scenic views, the peaceful and relaxing pace, but
mainly we loved the idea of owning a small, rural campground on
the land we wanted to retire on. It's like always having company
over! And coming from a very big, extended family we've grown
accustomed to having lots of company!
That's why Camp Copperhead!
